Questions

What counts as an impression?: Every time the SDK renders a message in your app, it tracks one impression. Clicks and dismisses are separate events and do not count against your monthly impression quota.
What happens if I exceed my plan's quota?: You get a notification at 80%, then again at 100%. Tracking continues with a 10% grace buffer above your plan limit before any hard cap kicks in. Upgrade anytime to keep going.
Can I switch plans later?: Yes — upgrade or downgrade from your Settings page. Polar handles proration automatically.
Do you offer a free tier?: Not at the moment. The 14-day trial gives you full Pro features so you can validate Loopana fits your workflow before committing.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?: Yes — we collect your card at checkout so your plan continues seamlessly when the trial ends. You're not charged until day 14, and you can cancel anytime before then.
What if I outgrow Pro?: If you need higher volume, SSO, or a custom SLA, reach out — we'll set up a Business plan tailored to your needs.
